Mykhaylo Vidyakin is a transformation and strategy advisor and Associate Professor at the Kyiv School of Economics. He helps banks, public institutions, and companies strengthen strategy delivery, project and change management, operational excellence, and practical AI adoption. Previously he led strategy and reforms work at the National Bank of Ukraine and built the PMO at the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
